50L-1000L Mammalian Cell Stainless Steel Bioreactor

The 50L-1000L mammalian cell bioreactor is a GMP-grade core equipment designed for the large-scale production of biologics such as antibodies, recombinant proteins, and viral vectors. Constructed with full 316L stainless steel wetted parts and integrated with high-precision sensors and an intelligent control system, it enables the stable regulation of key parameters during cell culture, including temperature (±0.1℃), pH (±0.05), and dissolved oxygen (±1%). The system is equipped with sterile Clean-In-Place (CIP) and Sterilize-In-Place (SIP) modules, which avoid cross-contamination throughout the entire process and meet the production requirements of Class C/D clean areas.

To address the low-shear demand of mammalian cells, the bioreactor is fitted with a dedicated impeller stirring system (e.g., Marine impeller) and supports customized components such as gas spargers and defoaming devices. It is suitable for the high-density culture processes of cells like CHO and HEK293 (with a maximum cell density of up to 1×10⁷ cells/mL).
