1. Biological products pilot-scale: Suitable for the separation and purification of biological samples such as proteins and vaccines. The small volume (2L) of JJM-2 is suitable for small-batch pilot-scale process verification, and JJM-6 (6L) can support material processing in the pilot-scale scaling-up stage.
2. Pharmaceutical process scaling-up: Used for the solid-liquid separation of API intermediates, the high separation factor (15000-17000kg) ensures product purity in the pilot-scale stage, matching the process connection needs from the laboratory to the pilot-scale line.
3. Food and beverage pilot-scale: Applicable to the separation and enrichment of functional ingredients (such as probiotics, plant extracts), the water flow rate and drum parameters are adapted to the continuous small-batch production rhythm of the pilot-scale production line.
