Description

Ⅰ.Tank System
Multi-tank configuration with customizable volume design, where the working volume is adapted to conventional fermentation scenarios.
The inner tank is made of a composite material combining 316L stainless steel and high-temperature and high-pressure resistant borosilicate glass, enabling high-temperature and high-pressure sterilization. It features precision electrochemical polishing, leaving no dead corners, preventing contamination, and facilitating easy cleaning.
The tank surface is mirror-polished, with off-site sterilization adopted and a scientifically designed height-to-diameter ratio, optimizing mass transfer and heat transfer efficiency.
Flat tank top with bolt compression device, featuring excellent sealing performance; reserved multi-electrode ports for adaptation to multi-parameter monitoring.

Ⅱ.Stirring System
Top mechanical agitation with a single-shaft high-speed design improves the mixing uniformity of the fermentation broth and enhances mass transfer.
Stepless speed regulation with a wide range; the multi-stage combined stirring paddles are adjustable and replaceable, adapting to diverse fermentation processes.
Baffles are installed inside the tank to optimize stirring; all components in contact with materials are made of 316L stainless steel, which is corrosion-resistant and pollution-free.

Ⅲ.Ventilation System
Bottom annular gas distributor ensures uniform gas distribution, improves utilization efficiency and meets dissolved oxygen requirements.
Equipped with an air intake filtration device to ensure clean intake air; the ventilation volume can be precisely adjusted via a flow meter.

Ⅳ.Feeding System
Supports feeding of acid solution, lye, defoamer and various culture media, meeting all fermentation requirements.
Peristaltic pumps enable automatic feeding with digital timed and quantitative control, ensuring precision and convenience while reducing human errors.

Ⅴ.Inoculation System
Supports flame/pressure difference inoculation, featuring convenient operation and excellent sealing to prevent contamination by miscellaneous bacteria.

Ⅵ.Biosafety system
Special sewage discharge pipelines are used to standardize the treatment of waste liquid and waste materials, ensuring a clean operating environment and biosafety.

Ⅶ.Control system
PLC intelligent control system, equipped with a control cabinet and a color touch screen, featuring a full Chinese interface for easy operation and stable performance.
It enables precise control of multiple parameters, supports manual/automatic switching, and is equipped with a password management function to prevent misoperation.
Supports off-site sterilization of empty cans and filled cans, with flexible setting of temperature and time.
Adopts PID automatic temperature control, electric heating + water cooling, equipped with circulation pipelines, and supports curve tracking and segmented control.
PID automatic pH control with precise adjustment by peristaltic pumps, supporting curve query to ensure stable pH.
PID automatic DO control, which can be linked with agitation and feeding for coordinated regulation, supports curve query to meet fermentation requirements.
PID automatic stirring speed control with stepless speed regulation, supporting curve query to match process requirements.
The ventilation flow rate is manually adjusted via a rotameter to precisely adapt to different fermentation stages.
Data is collected and displayed in real time, enabling long-term storage and U disk copying, and the system is equipped with a power-off protection function.
