Description

I、Working Principle 

Special sterilizable sensing equipment is adopted to accurately capture various physical and chemical characteristic signals in the fermentation broth and complete signal conversion. After optimization by a dedicated processing module, the signals are synchronized to the central control system. Based on preset standards, the system automatically links various actuators to intelligently adjust key operations during fermentation, realizing automatic, precise and stable operation throughout the entire fermentation and culture process without frequent manual intervention. 

II、Main Monitoring and Control Parameters

PH Monitoring and Control: Captures real-time changes in system pH, automatically adjusts through dedicated actuators, and maintains a suitable growth environment for strains.
Dissolved Oxygen Monitoring and Control: Monitors dissolved oxygen levels in real time, automatically adjusts agitation, aeration and other operations to meet oxygen consumption requirements in different fermentation scenarios.
 Temperature Monitoring and Control: Detects system temperature changes with high precision, automatically switches heating and cooling modes to keep fermentation temperature stable.
Agitation Control: Flexibly adjusts agitation according to fermentation needs, optimizes dissolved oxygen efficiency and shear environment, adapting to the growth characteristics of different strains.
