Ⅱ.Core Structure and Performance
The tank is made of compliant special materials, featuring high temperature and pressure resistance as well as corrosion resistance, and relevant certifications can be provided. It boasts a scientific design, with high-precision polishing both inside and outside leaving no dead corners, standardized welding seams, complete sanitary-grade interfaces, and is equipped with observation and safety protection facilities.
The stirring system adopts multi-layer combined stirring paddles and a special defoaming structure, which can be flexibly adjusted and replaced. Paired with a variable-frequency gear motor, it enables stepless speed regulation with sufficient power, ensuring uniform mixing of materials during enzymatic hydrolysis and qualified dissolved oxygen levels.。
Ⅲ.Piping and Valve System
The pipeline is made of special hygienic-grade materials, with welding and surface treatment meeting standards and complying with aseptic requirements; special valves are properly configured according to usage purposes, and zero-dead-space, high-temperature and high-pressure resistant sealed valves are adopted for parts in contact with materials to eliminate residue and contamination, ensuring safe and stable operation.

Aeration System: Allows manual adjustment of ventilation rate, equipped with flow monitoring and high-precision sterilization filtration devices, and adopts an anti-backflow design to ensure aseptic safety.
Vessel Pressure Control System: Enables manual control of internal vessel pressure, fitted with a display unit to ensure operational safety.
